Millennium Transport and Mechanics 5 Star truck and trailer Hid the fact that they were not the repair company and charged me $150.00 for nothing Hicksville NY
I called 5 Star Truck and Trailer after a google search at 800-854-9640; Mike answered as dispatch. I asked if this was Five Star and he said yes. I told him I had a trailer down in South Charleston and he said he had service 15 miles away.
He stated he needed my credit card to charge for the call out fee to sercure service but that would be applied to my invoice at completion of service. He emailed the statement some time later listing as Millenium Transport.
He in trun called out J & S truck repair who said the $150.00 charge was not from him. He charged another $60.00 for call out. I was never told it was a third party and was misled all along the way.
