Miller Plante is charging my son for something he never ordered or recieved.
He does not do any plumbing, He is disabled and has no clue about this kind of stuff.
He is not mentally competent enough to even order this.
I cant get a response from this company at all.

Your response to this person is what appears to be irrational. Her son couldn't return a product within X number of days if the product never got there, could he? A similar rip-off company like this called me once and I let the guy ramble on for a long time (this was before the No Call List).

After he was finished, I told him to send me printed material in the mail before I made any decision. He said he would send the product and I could "send it back if I didn't like it". I kept repeating NO and when he got irritated, I hung up on him.

To Cathy: You can't call the 800 number on a box that was never received (now you know what kind of sales people work for this company). I would suggest you contact your local District Attorney's office, your state Attorney General's office, and the Attorney General's office in Florida. Perhaps on of the three can get you a response from this company.

I think you're being completely irrational. I am a former employee of this company and I know from personal experience that our product does not get sent out until an actual manager gets on the phone and confirms that the person ordering understands that they are actually making a purchase unless they return the product within 30 of receipt. Their guarantee does stand it's just that people think they can send it back 60 days after the fact and think that a 30 day guarantee os still valid. I would also like to note that Miller-Plante records every single second of live air on the telephones and can play back any person's conversation to prove that a sale was made. My advice: call customer service the 800 # that is on every bag of Septic Helper 2000 and someone will help you out.
