Miller-Plante ,Keeps trying to Collect on a Paid Account even though Proof has been supplied that it is Paid. Fort Lauderdale Florida

I stupidly ordered a box from Miller-Plante last year. Granted I forgot to pay it right away, but did pay with my Debit card over the phone. Daily I get phone calls from Miller-Plante representatives telling me I have a balance I need to pay. When I say "I paid it with my debit card" they say "we have no record of that." so I faxed them proof from my bank that it was paid. I put in writing that they were not to contact me again in the future unless it was to send me a letter confirming the account had been closed and paid.

Twice I have faxed this information. I have called back to confirm they recieved the fax. I have been told both times that it was put on the desk of the person who handles that and that I would be taken off of the auto dialer. yet, they still call every day and they have not updated the account to show it as paid.
