Miller-Plante, Inc. Telemarking Scam, Harassing Collection Practices Englewood, New Jersey .....

Miller-Plante has hit Rhode Island. They are using the same tactics that were used in Florida and New Jersey to make people receive their product (Septic Helper - 2000) and then use haressment, threats of legal action, refusing to take back product.

They were sued July 1998, there was an alert published in March 2000 in the Wastewater and Plumbing Control Program Newsletter Volume 23, Issue #5 stating the the State of Maine had approved their product, which was untrue.

On Jan. 14, 2002 their telemarkers were sued by the State of Missouri for violiating the No Call Law.

They have now hit Rhode Island. They are still operating the same scam. I have been a victim of this company and they are threating me to pay up for a product that we never wanted and tried to return. They have to be stopped.

Miller Plante called me to try their Enyze Cleane(a new product that helps with keeping your pipes clean. I told the Return Manager that I didn't want the product due to bad timing and we wanted to return it. Mr. Bill Downmoore(Ret. Mgr.) says we can't return it, we are past our 30 days and now are past due. He then tried to cut a cheaper price and would not let us return the product unless there was a problem with the product. I very displeased with actions of this company and do not want them calling me anymore.
