Complaint Review: Miller-Plante

Boy do I feel like a stooge! I tried the product once and paid the $189.00 fee. Then after this product did not work a slick salesman called me back a year later claiming that their product was new and improved and he would be glad to send me a box for a free 45 day trial and he would include a return address label. When I got the box their was no return address label. I was ticked but I forgot about it. It was barely over the 45 days and I get a call froma bizarre man in collections that says he will charge me $800.00 if I don't pay. What?! It doesn't take elderly to get ripped of. How gullible can I get? I called the company today and they said I still had to pay. She was professional (supposedly the manager) but she did not budge. I was so mad and yelled at her and she hung up. She insisted that I had to pay the full amount even though there was not a return address label like implied. I asked her if I paid to have it returned with only one bag used and she said I would still have to pay. The second girl I talked to (I called back because I wanted to get the number for the salesman) sounded like a stoner. She could care less what I did. She would not give me the number. I have reported them today to the BBB. Who knows what good it will do. I am sooo livid. Please do not order anything from these people. How do they stay in business? What can I do from here?
