Complaint Review: Miller-plante

Like others I recieved a call from a pushy but convincing person to try their septic product for 30 days guaranteed, which would take about a month to recieve. I was pressured to use a credit card, I did not!! luckly. It seems they have a new twist? I never received any product. Then the bills came, I called and advised them that I received nothing, they said they would put a tracer on it, they called back and told me that it was delivered, they told me it was traced to portland maine (40 miles from me) recently they have told me it was traced to the post office in my town.

They said it was delivered on 8/11/03 my b-day is 8/10 which this yr was a sat: I don't receive mail on sunday. Next little twist they have is I haven't checked my report yet but I got a call from a supposive collection agency, which would not give me their name and hung up on me, tha'ts when I called plante co and told them I was reporting to our state attorney general and check out how many people in my area have been ripped I was told that a supervisor would call me back it's been two hr's now. I haven't taken anything out of my pocket but now I've been threatened with my credit rating I plan on talking to the bureaus. But to this point they are very lucky I do not live close to them...
