Complaint Review: Miller Plante

Miller Plante Will NOT stop calling us! Husband made BIG mistake by agreeing to try product. We paid for the one shipment. Now they call and hang up 5x a day! We kept telling them that we owe nothing! Does not matter, will call anyway. Maitland Florida

Company called our house shortly after we moved in. Unfortunately, they got my husband who agreed to try their septic product. He was undecided if he wanted to use it. Collections called and he said that he was undecided if he was going to keep product. The rude woman suggested that his wife did not allow him to have the money to purchase. I overheard the conversation and was stunned. NEVER had someone say such things. I called back asking for a manager. They refused and got very confrontational. Husband finally contacted manager next day. Agreed to pay 100 to clear account. They still call multiple times a day. We keep telling them that the account is paid and to stop calling but it doesn't end. This is pure harrassment to say the least. This has taught my husband a HUGE lesson to NEVER agree to any purchases without further research.
