Miller's Rentals Or Millers Rentals overcharged my bank card by $100.00 and failed to credit my account--FRAUDULENT BUSINESS PRACTICES Edison New Jersey
This is unbelievable!!! I rented some linens from Miller's Rentals and they overcharged me by $100.00. After I informed them about their mistake, they told me that they would credit my account that day. I checked my account 2 days later and I noticed that they failed to fix their error. I called them to let them know that I did not get the credit.
They cursed me out and told me that I was not going to get the credit. They called me all sorts of names... They also told me to call the cops and my lawyer. Further, they actually slammed the phone in my ears after verbally abusing me. I could not sleep that night....
I was so hurt and surprised that a business that has been in existence for many years could treat their customers this way. They deserve to be punished because this business is dominated by fraudulent practices. I would like for this company to be investigated because the same thing can happen to you!!!! This is not a joke! I asked myself the same question. I really thought that renting from Miller's Rentals was worth the drive. But I later found out that it was a mistake. I was actually crying.. This can also happen to you so be careful.

Why did you post as being from Edison the first time then post as being from Hackensack the second time?
You have quite a couple of tales here. Your mother was crying? LOL. Why would you drive all the way to Edison from Hackensack to rent something? What is your REAL agenda? I find this fascinating.
