Complaint Review: Miller Toyota of Anaheim

I had their coupon of $29.99 which included Oil change, fluid level check and the car wash. I took an appointment with one of their adviser for this same service of oil change. I printed the coupon and the appointment receipt. I went their with my car the next day at the appointed time. I gave the appointment receipt with had the service mentioned along with the coupon to him.

The adviser checked my car and suggested to get the service of $300. I told him that i don't need the $300 service right now, please give me the service which is stated on the coupon. I mentioned it 3 times during the conversation that I have a coupon and i need that service only. I know very little of the cars and their services. Finally, he showed me the bill of $69.95 which had the service of oil change and brake checks. I told him again that i have that coupon and he said that will be added. I thought he will add the coupon when i pick the car up.

My brother in law came with me to pick up the car in the evening and we were charged $71.61. I got my brakes checked in December 2011 and i knew that there is something wrong with my brakes and that is why I don't drive my car on the freeway. But these people didn't tell me that there is anything wrong with the brakes and charged me for brake inspection. What kind of inspection is that?

First, they charged me for something i did not want. Secondly, they didn't do the inspection and service right. They didn't inform me the defects in the brakes.
