4/26/04 We made first phone call after receiving a beautiful flyer in mail about owning your own home based business. Spoke with Shane Frasier of the Ultimate Price Club who said he gave us a spectacular deal of a VIP package that was valued at $14,000 for the bargain of $7,195.00. For this price we were to have a life time business on the internet which would include our own website which would sell whole sale bargains for up to 70% off. (We're such suckers, we later look and find out that the items on this site are very highly priced, not such a great deal) We also are told it would be a 6 month campaign. We would have 2000 direct mailers sent out from their company, as well as 25,000 Guaranteed traffic hits to our website.
5/12/04 We get a phone call from a Michael Zito who claims he is our coach, which we will later find out he is just a guy selling advertisement.
Michael Zito talk us into buying $14,730 dollars worth of advertisement and tells us we will never need another thing. He says he will call us the next day and show us how to get set up with our business and how to do everything. He tells us we can make $2000/month easily if we do this advertisement. We are to benefit from the 3000 direct mailers, a domain name for our whole sale business Michael Zito tells us we won't need to spend another dime.
5/15/04 Michael Zito hasn't called us back until now, he has great news that he can get us another outstanding deal for $2900.00 we can get another 100,000 Banner Aids. Buy these and he won't ask for another dime. It's late and he will call us the next day on how to get set up. We of course don't hear from him again the next day.
5/20/04 Michael Zito calls us and again tells us for he has another deal that we just can't say no to: For $850.00 we could get an 8 key word optimization which we just need and a free casino. Along with a promise that he will call the next day.
We call the Millionaire web club, and call and call. Every time we call we get the automated voice mail that says to leave a detailed message and some one will get back to us immediately.
6/6/04 We call and left messages every day until we speak to John Clark who is very nice and says he will check on how things are going. At this time none of our mailers have gone out, our domain names don't work and we don't have a casino yet.
We continue to call and call Mr. Zito will not return our calls.
6/28/04 I find out from John Clark that Mr. Zito has been fired because his unethical ways. He says because our flyers still aren't out and there was a problem with our domain names that he is willing to give me 3000 free mailers 150,000 guaranteed traffic free, and 150,000 free banners. He has my casino running later that night, and tells me that we should be set. John gave me a passcode to check for sales and hits on our website. John tells us we can expect a pay check at the end of next month, things should be flying.
We continue to call and leave messages for him to call us and he doesn't return our calls.
We must be completely brain dead or total suckers.
7/23/04 Jad Morris calls and says he has some great news that he can't wait to share with us. He is willing to sell us 1 Million guaranteed hits for the basement bargain price of $10,000...it's such a great deal we must promise not to tell anyone. He tells us that he will even help us try and recoup some money that we lost from a different internet business that also took us. He will spend all of his time investigating and get our money back from us. I can call him at his cell phone night or day any time I need him. He won't ask us for another dime.
Right when the credit card goes through he says I'll tell you what, I must be crazy how about for another Million 200,000 hits and a free casino for another $5,000. Of course he talked and smooth talked us for 90 minutes but we finally agreed. He said to call him the next day and he would look to see if we had a check coming because he was the Vice President's right hand man.
The next day we couldn't get a hold of him. We had changed our mind and wanted the $15,000 back. When Jad finally called us back he has been so busy I will call you tomorrow and let you know about your pay check. He later said we would have a pay check in a couple of days.
As of today 8/11/04 we don't have a pay check and do not have any sales. There are no hits on our casino counter.
We called every day until we started sending angry emails and leaving messages with everyone. Every time we call we get a generic automated message to leave a message or we get a sales person who says that Customer service people are busy and they will call me back and they never do.
8/9/04 Peter Balatto the Director of Customer Compliance calls us. He says we can't get our $15,000 that Jad sold us for advertising. I asked why if I wanted my money back within three days of when he made the sale. He said he would look into it and call the next day at 12:00.
8/10/04 He calls at 4:30 and says he listened to the tapes and Jad would be dealt with but we could not get our money back for advertising. He also informs me that my casino has over 8000 hits on it. (which weren't there earlier in the day.) He says he will look over my file and see what he will do. He will call me at 1:30 tomorrow.
8/11/04 He has Danielle from customer service call and says that he is still listening to the tapes and he will call us back later. Right before she made the call we decided to look up the Millionaire Web Club on the internet and that's when we saw there was a claim just like ours by Mr. Charles Cowan. We told Danielle to tell Mr. Ballato that we wanted our money back for the advertising and that we would be calling the Attorney General.
These guys are really crafty. Up to date we still only have one running casino and our wholesale site. We have no proof our fliers have gone out. We don't know if any of our keywords are up or working. We can't prove they are using banners for our website. No one will help us, coach us, they are not fulfilling their promises and now they are taking our money even though people from their organization have been fired because of their empty promises.
If you have been swindled by Ultimate Price Club or the Millionaire web club please contact us. We are $40,000 + in the hole. We have not received $1.00 up to this time. We feel so stupid.
We would love to hear your story. We already know of one other person and he just told us tonight that the Arizona Better Business Bureau has several complaints about them. Please contact us maybe we can help each other.

In response to what has been written about Ultimate Price Club, this is what Randon Morris and his people do. Unfortunately, you have been taken by a guy who has so much experience at scamming people on the internet it is sick. All of what they do is to prey on people who are foolish enough to buy the product they sell on their many websites. They even have people hired to come onto these types of complaint sites to try to dowse any fires that result from their shady practices.
Their business plan for their company is as follows: First, set up other LLCs under multiple different names, all of which sell the same product (or one very similar)(So, the reason you get calls in response to Ultimate Price Club from Millionaire Web Club is because it is all run out of the same business). Then, they charge people money through the various websites they set up associated with each LLC. Once they get enough money (and complaints) they usually have to shut that LLC and website down before the Attorney General gets too many complaints against them to file a suit against them or take legal action against them. They simply repeat this process over and over again... it used to be health products like Resvpure and other things promoting acai berry products, denta white, google cash, etc. Basically, they try to find anything that will make tons of money quickly that they can market through web ads and banners on other websites, which will lead customers to the product site. So, it is one company that just repeatedly sets up other companies, runs them until they have too many complaints, then shuts them down and starts other companies to continue the process.
The company that they used to use to set up all of these fake companies was called First Support Solutions out of Provo, Ut. Then, they had another company they did things through called Innovative Matrix. Just google Randon Morris and you will find information showing the companies he runs. He basically runs these companies to do exactly what I have described above. This guy and all the other people he works with are crooks and should pay for what they do to people because they have literally made millions off of unsuspecting and uneducated internet users.

Nothing I could say here could help Cathy, above. She claims to have handed away $40,000 for a casino internet business. How did she get that money? Anyone who works for a living knows how hard it is to save even $4,000 much less $40k. I can only assume the money came to her easily, like inheritance or gift. Nobody that struggles day in and day out ot scrimp and save would do what she claims.
I'm writing to help others analyze this deal and avoid this kind of mistake. First, the name tells me all I need to know about the business.
Millionaire club. I guess they are going to make people millionaires. Anytime you hear that, it's fraud. Anyone who implies that you will get rich is lying. Yes, casino sites do make money. Probably millions. Do you know why? Because the site owner hired a web professional to set the site up. This is a real person who comes and does real work. A typical owner has a background in business. They understand how to make a profit.
They may have had many brick-and-mortar businesses before jumping into internet gambling. Everything you need to research about this is right here, on the internet. You want to build a web site? Start small. First go to the library. I did. They have many books on HTML and web site development. Read them and make a simple site. Pick a relatively inexpensive product. Yahoo will provide low-cost hosting for you. Start small. Gain internet experience. Work your way up.
This person would have been better off taking her money and starting a local business. For $40K, she could have opened a small franchise, or a boutique in her town.
I think the best lesson I can impart here is to learn about how business works before you jump in. If you know little or nothing about the internet, and little about business in general, you have no chance of success. You will be looking for someone to sell you a complete business that is ready to make you money.
However, think about what is being offered here. Why would anybody sell you a business that makes millions for just $40k? For that matter, why would anybody sell you any kind of business that produces good income? They wouldn't. They would keep it for themselves. This person went looking for a turn-key business-in-a-box. Instead, she was sold an empty box. Remember this example should you choose to invest in an internet business.
Another classic here is the fact that this person is stripped of all her money in the course of 90 days. Most people would have recognized that they received nothing from the first payment. All further purchases would have stopped. These type of boiler-room operations are known for this exact behavior. Once they have a sucker on the line, they make a series of wild promises. Each one more crazy than the last. Many of the victims have no bouldaries whatsoever. They willingly send whatever is asked.
A classic con is when someone who has been burned in the past is sold to a new outfit. They proceed to claim how they will help you get all your money back that you lost to the original company. For a fat fee, of course. These type of crooks develop a list of suckers just like a normal business develops a list of prior puchasers. They trade the suckers back and forth. Each con is more brazen than the last one. As the sucker reaches the end of their money, they become ever more desperate to find something that will work. They end up grasping at straws, much like someone who is drowning. In the end, penniless, all they can do is return to the labor force, defeated and broke, both in spirit and in money.

Recently we have received letters from both the Millionaire Web Club, Inc. and the Ultimate Price Club.
Millionaire Web Club responded by returning the $850.00 that was for exposure directed to a website they say we purchased from another company. They say the advertising was fulfulled. However, as a goodwill gesture, Millionaire Web Club, Inc. has granted us a refund of the total purchase. It was signed by the Director of Operations, Randon Morris.
The Ultimate Price Club also sent us a letter to refund us money we asked for the day after we charged it on our credit card for $15,000. They want us to sign the letter and in agreement with them, that no further monies are owed after this agreement. This letter was also signed Randon Morris, Director of Operations, Ultimate Price Club.
In addition to the letter, we received a phone call from another woman from the Ultimate Price Club claiming she was also the Director of Operation. She said she was calling on a Saturday from her home. (The caller I.D. said the Millionaire Web Club) She said if we didn't rescind our complaints about their company they would tear down all of our websites and not refund us any money.
We do appreciate that the good faith gestures the two companies have sent.
We still think that an aweful lot was implied on the phone by the salesmen that is not being fulfilled by the companies.
We also find it very unusual that the letters that were sent to us by the Director of Operations of both the Ultimate Price Club and the Millionaire Web Club, Inc. are the same person, Randon Morris.
Why did the Millionaire Web Club respond to Rip off Report that the two companies are separate entities when they appear to us as one? We can't figure it out.
All phone calls that we received from all the salesmen from May until the most recent phone call been from Millionaire Web Club on our caller I.D.? But yet all receipts are from the Ultimate Price Club?
Even when people have identified themselves to us as being from the Ultimate Price Club, it registers Millionaire Web Club on our caller I.D..
Yes, we have received letters in response after our diligent unanswered requests for our money back. But a great deal more was implied would happen for us in this business. As well we spent a great deal more money that they are not generously offering back to us.
We would still like more of our money refunded.

The only record of sale the Millionaire Web Club, Inc. has from this customer is from advertising they purchased from us for $850.00 for exposure to a web site they purchased from another company. The purchase of this advertising was fulfilled and this customer did sign an invoice agreeing that all advertising fees are non-refundable. Please understand our company does not guarantee nor imply any type of return for advertising. We will fulfill advertising purchased for a customer to obtain exposure for their web site.
