You do the math. I received a stereo whose aux works on one side of the speakers. I return the item. I pay for shipping. I get a replacement. Display does not work. The aux kinda works, i have to readjust the connection when I make sharp turns. Isn't that great?

Their return policy is pathetic. I spent 160$ on installation of a stereo that does not work. And I spent 119$ on the stereo from millionbuy that has not worked since day one.

These people do not care about their customers and are out to make a quick buck. Because of my experiences are so bad with these guys, I don't even trust they will give me a refund in an appropriate amount of time, nor will they live up to what they tell you over the phone. So get everything is writing from millionbuy.com, so that you have legal recourse.

Consumer laws protect the consumer from such fraudulence.

A return was offered, but now I am out shipping charges 3 times. Millionbuy does not take any responsibility for what they sell. If they did, they would take care of my shipping charges. It's enough that I am really annoyed at them, they keep making excuses as to why the stereo may not work, and the costs keep piling up on my side, not theirs.

This company expects me to pay another installer to take the radio out at my expense, and send the product to them a second time at my expense, then I have to hire another installer to install the working stereo at my expense.

How many times do I have to pay someone else for a stereo I purchased from millionbuy? 5 or 10 times? It's already 3, when it should have been 1. It's 3 shipping charges when there should have been one.

We apologize that the buyer received a defective replacement and we understand the frustration of having a defective product for the second time around.

We did not intend to send the buyer a non-working product. Functionality of each product is something that is out of our control due to the fact that we do not make these items, we only sell them.

Buyer agreed to purchase item by purchasing online under our return policy on eBay.com.It is common on eBay for selling very low price while there is no return shipping coverage which clearly stated on the description. Our return policy doesn't cover any installation and we already sent new replacement on our cost. We can not see why original and replacement both didn't work for simple in-dash installation. We didn't get any information about who was installing and contact number. Also,most installation shop can simply install main in-dash player without extra fees. The installation fee sounds also too expensive for $160 and Buy.com can install simple in-dash at $50.

Buyer has already been advised that he may return the product back to us for a credit, refundfor the item or replacement. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse him for the installation fees. We can only refund what has been paid to our company. We have left a voice message at the phone number provided to assist the buyer on how to go about returning the product so we could get the issue resolved as soon as possible.
