sold us a van at a price that its not worth, and kept changing the price everytime we made a payment, and when we had problems with it they never fixed it like they said they would,so we told them to get a legal reposetion and come pick it up cause we where not going to pay for something we can not drive.

the van needed a lot of work come to find out, told them that the transmission was going out and they did nothing but told us to bring it to them, told them it didnt drive well enougth to make it there, and iv put alot of money and parts into it.

after this he started calling us atleast 2 to 4 times a day everyday and yet again we told them to get the legal reposetion and to come get it,so they kept calling and calling and we just let it goto voicemail as they where harrassing us,after awhile the calls went down to 1 a month and then nothing for months.

so we saved up some money and went to another dealer to get a better car, when we went to change the tag over we found out the he went behind our backs reall dirty like to the dmv,so we couldnt change the tag over to the new car,so we had to buy a new tag.its been many months now and all he has done to us is go behind our backs,

and everytime that we left a message for martin to call us back he never did he had someone else call, whiched solve nothing,he has made direct threats to me and my wife, over the phone and in person the 1 time we saw him at the car lot.

so my only recorse is to take him to court so he wont try to put this on our credit without the legal repo and correct paperwork.since he has tried to use dirty tactics on us so far.

If you have a contract which lists the terms of the deal...how can the price be changed after you make each payment...unless its going down...or...if extra interest is being added because you are paying late.  If you told them to pick up the car, this is a legal repo, plain and simple.
