MILTON GRAY of Centurion Fence Co/ G&G Fence Co Charlotte-Greensboro. Came out and did a written estimate for 2,184.00 for a split rail fence. Prior to starting the work he wanted half the money down for a deposit, therefore 1,092.00 in the form of a check was given to him on May 18 04.
Milton Gray had never came back to start the job 2 weeks had went by before he returned any of our thousands of calls, and he had left a message that there was a death in the family and to "call him back to work out the problem".
Meanwhile, we had done our investigation and he had unsatisfactory notes with the beeter buisness bureau, and apparently done this numerous times according to information we have found on him. We are now 1100.00 at loss, with no fence up in our yard, and he has not ever called back from the prior call to settle and deals.

Seegars Fence Company, too, is victim of Mr. Milton Gray's deception. I have been told by two of his victims that he informed them he was affiliated with Seegars Fence Company.
For the record, Milton Gray is not affiliated with Seegars Fence Company in any way, shape, form or fashion. If any concerned group decides to file a lawsuit, i would appreciate being contacted to join the lawsuit for his allegations that he is part of the Seegars' Group in any way.
