This man is still out there scamming people. He knows enough to enter a low enough bid to win the job of either building a deck or installing a fence. He requests 50 % of the total job up front for materials, supposedly, He keeps the deposit and never does the job. He currently has three (3) warrants for the same crime which are still outstanding in Greensboro, NC Guilford County He is black, born in July 1970 and is approximately 6'1" tall and drives a black crew cab pickup.
