There are many issues with this company all of which you may find on various sites. The owner, Russell Fuchs, has moved several times in order to get around some of the bad publicity. The company started in Sacramento (which is where it is still doing some business), moved to 400 Oyster Point Boulevard, Suite 539 in South San Francisco (which is still listed on their website), and finally to their shared office in Emeryville. I worked for him for a year and stood by his side while others had filed issues (and watched him reply as an ex-employee on this site on his own behalf), but I soon found that I could relate to what everyone was saying all along.

The owner of this company does not even have a valid driver's license and asked me, as well as others, to rent vehicles for him. One of the times I rented for him he didn't even bring the vehicle back on time so the company told me they were issuing it as a "stolen vehicle." When I asked him about it he said that he "took care of it." I received another letter stating it still was not resolved and would be on my record if it wasn't. Again I was told he "took care of it." I then decided I wouldn't rent for him anymore because I didn't want to end up in jail. By that time, he had enlisted his other "assistant manager" as well as a "leader."

In September I received the first letter from "the City and County of San Francisco" regarding a parking violation that happened on 08/17/03 at 3:22AM with the rental. I asked him about it and he denied knowing anything about it. He said he "never got a parking ticket" and he "would have known if he had or not." He was yelling and so defensive I shouldv'e known something was up. I continued getting letters and every time I gave it to him and asked him to take care of it. Finally in December after faxing the information to him at his NEW office for the second time, I was told that he again, "took care of it."

I finally quit! It's now 6 months later and was never "taken care of." This is just ONE issue that I dealt with there. Any proper business owner wouldn't enlist his employees to rent cars for him AND would have a valid driver's license! He constantly lies to his employees and others, and promises things he can't deliver. His lack of morals and ethics questions how long he will be able to get away with it. I've seen SO MANY things go on that would make ANYONE second think this business. I sincerely hope people do their research on this guy before gaining employment for their "management training program." Milton Marketing is still advertising for positions through Monster, Careerbuilder, craigslist, sanfranciscojobs.com, plus others I'm sure. Don't say you weren't warned.

#2UPDATE EX-employee responds

Tue, March 02, 2004

You actually SAW this conartist respond to a report on this site as an exemployee?

Which one? Tell us!

I guess Poor Ed Magdeson got stiffed for his fees! But then again, why should we be surprized? He stiffed you for late fees and a parking ticket! The guy is an expert at it. (Don't feel too bad Ed - at least a good con artist conned you!)

Yessiree. Exactly what a new job applicant needs. 2 unpaid atmosphere motivational hype times a day, 8 hours of door to door cold calling, no reimbursement for expenses, paying other peoples salarys AND to be stiffed for late fees and parking tickets.

I wonder why you left?
