If you are looking to buy this Beautiful Home DON'T!! It has hidden disasters! In addition to over 60 sited repair items in the Inspection Report, there is a major plumbing problem.
The owner, Milton Tucker is not willing to repair. Mr. Tucker is very deceiving! The cosmetics are nice. He did a Great Cover Up Job. And I believe that Mr. Tucker deliberately turned off the plumbing because he knew that there is a problem. The plumbing had to be turned on for the inspection and that is when the problem with the plumbing was detected.
I have pictures and a copy of the inspection report.
DON'T Buy.... RUN!!!!
Thank God for the inspection report, the only thing that I lost was $350.
