As services and infrastructure deteriorate in the Milwaukee County Park System, generous pay raises continue to be handed out to the highest paid managers and administration. Earstwhile, front line employees have seen seven consecutive years of pay cuts, and dwindling staff. The most recent compensation study performed by Milwaukee County revealed it's managers and administrators were second highest in average compensation amongst comparables while front line employees were lowest compensated amongst comparables. The Milwaukee Jornal/Sentinel publishes annual salaries for all county employees online...see for yourself! Left holding the bag are the taxpayers of Milwaukee County who flip the bill for more people to hand out shovels to less people who use them. Shame on the Milwaukee County Parks Department!
