I would recommend to stay away from buying anything at this store! I am a certified computer technician and often need to pickup parts in emergencies and end up stopping in to avoid having to wait for packages to arrive from my normal source (Tigerdirect).

Well, I must say I'm very sick of this place and the crap they pull. First of all, I picked up two different items yesterday. One of them being an external hard drive case which I didn't notice at the time but had been previously opened (returned?) and they cleverly taped it to look non-opened and brand new. Turns out that it was missing a critical component and is totally useless without this component so I need to return it now, hopefully they won't give me any crap about taking it back.

When I went to go purchase the 2nd item, I picked it off the shelves to look at it and my husband noticed that it had been opened (although this time it was alot more obvious, although a bit hard to see as the lighting is very very poor in that place). So I put that item back and picked up a still-shrinkwrapped box. Turns out that we have to take that item back as well, as they must have really threw the boxes around as the item I purchased was "rattling" after I took it out of the packaging (which it's not supposed to do) and didn't work. Nice to know they are so "delicate" with the crap on their shelves.

They are so overpriced as well. Some of their items are "ok" prices, most are very very high and it's cheaper ordering online. I LAUGHED at the price of their blank DVDs, they wanted $80 for a cakebox of NORMAL DVDs (not even dual layer) WTF?!

I also had purchased a computer case from them a long while back, I never realized it at the time but the front panel of the case was supposed to light up (and never did). It was beyond the exchange period when I found this out, but they seem to treat their products so poorly and throw them around so much that if you manage to find something here that's actually SHRINKWRAPPED, most likely it's broken anyways, so don't bother!

No wonder they had to close their LAN gaming area in the back of the store, no gamers would WANT to hang out at such a trashy place and purchase their broken crap.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!
