MINAS REAL ESTATE DAN HESKET Dan owes me money ever since we supposedly sold our house but finding out it was not sold and he sold it to another owner with a different mortgage and we are fixing to be slapped with foreclosure!! I Internet, Texas
How do we report him to whom a lawyer or what for ripping us off on the sales of our house. We thought we sold it but to our surprise we are now in the process of forceclosure and the other people are living in that house are not at fault it's the man Dan Hesekt or Daniel Joseph both are from the same person did not handle the sales professionally and just scammed all of us. We have one week left to fix this any advices? I am going to report this to someone for sure..

I am in the same situation as you concerning Dan Heskett...and am facing foreclosure in 2weeks..do you have any suggestions of help?
