Kathy Minch is a fraud. She takes money out of her employees checks when something breaks in a house were cleaning eventhough she is bonded and insured. Dont ever call her to get your house cleaned shes a liar and a FAKE. If something breaks in a house she promises to fix it and never does.

holly, as supervisor and through her communication with me took full ownership of completing a cleaning job but mistakenly when replacing the stove-top knobs onto the oven left a clients gas stove running .. which in turn filled this clients home up with toxic fumes where family members and pets were staying. the client had to shut off the gas when she arrived at her residence and quickly removed her family. she was not only extremely upset but just the fact of how dangerous this situation could of been, plus her need to remove her family on a school night, because it was too cold for them to be there while the house was aired out and the loss of gas and heat which we as a company caused this inidividual. the client was given her entire cleaning payment back. $65 was paid by this company and $20 was removed from this individual, new policies were put into place immediately so to ward off this situation from happening ever again. this client has been contacted, the truth that holly is no longer with this company and all details have been expressed and we have already cleaned the house without holly, received a great compliment on how i handled the clients concerns and my cleaning crew continued to uphold the diligent efforts holly in the past has always shown. this client will be copied on both the ripoff report and my rebuttal.

as with disgruntled staff members, it is a shame that this type of fraudulent ack can now be accomplished via the internet but if you are a stong service company and stand behind your staff and the work you sell..and you continue to put your clients interest first honestly and productively..you will continue to grow.
