Minch Cleaning Pay Shortage, Dishonest, Fake Fairless Hills Pennsylvania
Kathy Minch will tell you anything you want to hear. She will tell you that you are doing great, give you a raise, THEN, WITHOUT telling you, take your raise away. Several times a week she will tell you that the days are looking good and lots of hours are available, when the time comes, you get a TOTAL of 5hours a day.
During the Christmas holiday, several houses that we cleaned gave tips. good tips. In just one day, an employee brought back to the office 200.00. other days there was 80.00 and 100.00 brought back...in just ONE day. When Christmas came and she said that she split the tips evenly, between 11 people, we recieved only 40.00 a piece. The next week during work, Kathy was out for 2 days, she spent the night at the Sheraton and the headed to Atlantic City....hmmm. Must be nice to run a buisness where you are making out on your employes money. Do not work for this woman or have your house cleaned by her.

Kathy Minch steals from everyone! she used to have a cleaning co with another woman I worked for both together & separate Kathy will let you work then you want your pay & she lies & says you only get 1/2 or in some cases no pay at all! She plays the victim card every time & will cry if she has to & also get her 2 children to do her dirty work, which is disgusting! Shame on you Kathy you were reported my myself & 3 other people that I know of to the IRS. Anyone who says any different is delusional or is Kathy herself writing it. Katy couldn't keep an employee for 2 months let alone 2yrs.

As an employee of Minch Professional Cleaning for nearly two years now, I can personally tell you that this report is a lie! The person that wrote this is an obvious disgruntled employee. In my position, I have received my tip money for all holidays i was present for. I received my due share as does every other employee. Kathy takes the time to split up the tips per who has cleaned the home most frequently. Obviously the longer that you worked here the more you would receive. NO ONE HAS EVER RECEIVED THE SAME EXACT TIP MONEY, EVER! And it is also against company policy to even discuss any money you received with any other employees. I would be very interested to know who exactly wrote this and exactly why its a FORMER employee.
Kathy is a very honest person and would NEVER take from anyone. She is the exact opposite. She gives before she ever receives.
