  Brent - are you really an employee? I am skeptical that you even exist. I will agree to take this down if you can present all of following. 1. The name of the paycheck processing service Mindent Media is using (such as ADP) to pay you. I'll verify with the paycheck processing company that Mindent Media is a legit company that pays taxes. 2. Mindent Media's company tax ID on your W2. I'll verify with IRS that Mindent Media is a legit company that pays taxes. This should be a public record, you should be able to write it here. 3. Mindent Media's business license number and the State registered. I will verify that with the State business registry. I just checked Mindent Media's site and Microsoft was taken off the site as a client. And why did you do that if you really did the work for them? =)

 This is a vengeful and false report that Jessica has had to fight over since 2010, and again in 2011. The person behind this report is exerting a lot of energy to defame a person who is in my opinion extremely fair. We have tried to get as much of this negative content removed but Rip Off Report makes it nearly impossible.

CEASE AND DESIST ALL DEFAMATION OF 
Jessica Cox's CHARACTER AND REPUTATION.

  Jessica Cox is an educated, respected professional in the community. She has spent years serving the community in her profession and building a positive reputation. Jessica Cox has learned that you have engaged in spreading false, destructive, and defamatory rumors about her.

      Under Oregon law, it is unlawful to engage in defamation of another’s character and reputation.  Defamation consists of

(1)  a statement that tends to injure reputation;
(2) communicated to another; and
(3) that the speaker knew or should have known was false.

      Your defamatory statements involved many untrue statements regarding Jessica Cox and her associates.

      Accordingly, we demand that you (A) immediately cease and desist your unlawful defamation of Jessica Cox and (B) provide us with prompt written assurance within ten (10) days that you will cease and desist from further defamation of Jessica Cox’s character and reputation.

      If you do not comply with this cease and desist demand within this time period, Jessica Cox is entitled to seek monetary damages and equitable relief for your defamation. In the event you fail to meet this demand, please be advised that Jessica Cox has asked us to communicate to you that she will pursue all available legal remedies, including seeking monetary damages, injunctive relief, and an order that you pay court costs and attorney’s fees.  Your liability and exposure under such legal action could be considerable.

Over five years ago I provided a proposal for this person under the DBA (doing business as) Savvy365. Savvy365 was an offshoot of my larger business Mindent Media. He was satisfied with the logo mockup and wireframe for his website and provided him with all of the things that a small investment of $200 could provide, he missed his first payment, second payment and third payment. We had to cancel the development of the website half way through because of his inability to pay.

I am being extorted and blackmailed by this person and the Justice Department has a continuing investigation regarding this man. He is homeless currently and also an apparent drug addict. I recently received an email from him demanding $50,000 to remove a previous rip off report and he continues to harrass me and extort me. I am innocent and anyone who has worked with me, knows that I am a fair and honest individual who only seeks to help people find enterprise level business solutions. This individual told me that he had venture capital and was able to pay for a website and SEO package, the business deal never took off and we were out thousands of dollars in web development that never was paid for so we took him to court for the expenses. He has held a vendetta ever since. 

I think it is a sad scenario of affairs that someone has nothing to do in life but to steal and extort from someone who DOES work hard for their money. I refuse to pay Ripoff Report a dime to remove this and I refuse to pay the person who is extorting me and my company.

After being in business for over 8 years having only one negative report against me from one evil person is not a bad place to be. If you ask me it is very obvious that this person has a vendetta against me and only wishes to destroy my reputation in hopes of financial gain. 

If anyone has any additional information regarding the whereabouts of Kedar would be much appreciated as we are looking to serve him with legal documents to end this battle once and for all. I would rather spend my $50,000.00 seeing justice served.
