I started following a motivational program titled Mindmoves/games, online. I thought it might help my business. I watched it for quite a while, but did not buy their large packages, which consisted of many online seminars, as well as keeping a diary/notebook. The only thing I did purchase were one or two downloads meant to put you into a state of suggestion, hypnosis. Still they kept trying to push the big packages. Eventually I gave in, and purchased one.

 

After I did this, I thought, I just can't do this right now. My husband's job is uncertain, and my business has not taken off yet. I was also summoned for Federal jury duty in Nov. It just wasn't the right time in my opinion. I called and canceled within three business days of making the purchase. All I got was an answering machine, so I left a message regarding the cancelation. No one ever acknowledged me. I was not called, nor did they contact me via e-mail. So my request was virually ignored.

 

Nine days later, I received an e-mail asking me where I was, and why I was not attending the seminars. I sent e-mails reminding them that I cancelled my spot in the program. No acknowledgement whatsoever. I could have been talking to a wall. My reasons for not taking it at this time were not personal, but now they are. These people seem only interested in getting money. Natalie Ledwell talked about access to talking to her personally. They actually sent me,what they referred to,as a special offer for the program. I e-mailed back and said, "How personal can you be with people when you don't even know that they already purchased?

 

In conclusion, I would just like to say, if you are thinking about doing anything like this. Make sure there is absolutely no reason you can't take it. It seems that once they get their hands on your money, you won't see it again. No reputable company would ignore a request to cancel and return your money. I have lost all faith in these people, and would not take it now if they paid me.
