I was charged $895.00 on my credit card on 3-26-2017 for the Wildfit program.  THe program  is all on line.  Every week you change diet, learn to breathe and lose weight.  I did not lose one pound after a rigorous month.  I called Customer "Service" at 1-917-573-8267 in Oregon many, many, many times.  The response was a recorded message that stated, "No one is here to take your call.........."  I had to go out of state because of an emergency so I let the issue lie. I recently sent an email about the loss of money.  I asked for a refund or a credit.  The response was TOO BAD.

It seems you called an office in Oregon. Our customer support is not in Oregon. Just visit support.mindvalley.com

Also if you're a member of Wildfit you should be in the Facebook Group directly with all 5000 other customers and our facilitators and customer support people. Just post any problem or concern you have and you get dozens of replies.

We didnt win Best Customer Support on Nicereply for nothing. You can try any program and if it doesnt work get a full refund. But pls us the proper channel, it's right on our website and on pretty much every email you get
