Do not try Mineral Elements by Eden Cosmetics

This company leads you to believe you have 10 days to try their product.  Their policy says that if you do not like it, you must request an RMA number.  You have 10 days to request the RMA# and then you have 14 days to return the product.  What they don't tell you is that they are very creative in avoiding handing out RMA numbers.  I contacted this company three days after receiving the products, via the contact link on their website.  I never heard back.  I then called and asked for an RMA number and was told that they couldn't help me because my trial period had already ended.  They agreed that I complied with their policy, however, the clock starts ticking for them the minute you place the request to try their product.  They don't disclose this anywhere on their website, and as far as I know it is the only company that does this.

Usually, you have from the date of receipt, not with this company.  They wait until 10 days have passed before shipping your products, never send any kind of confirmation or receipt.  It is a complete rip-off.  I have called twice, and apparently there are no supervisors available to speak to you, but you can hear the chatter of many operators.  I am certain there was a supervisor there when I called.  I waited four hours and one finally did call me back, however, she was rude and I was not allowed to speak.  Every time I tried to speak she would say, "let me know when you are finished so that I may talk."  There are no direct lines, and they are only willing to give out four digit employee codes.  I spoke to Terry #0151 and Ashley #1015.  I am not waiting for Aleesha # 1002, but I doubt I will get any further with her.  This is an absolute scam, and you should avoid this company at all costs.
