I was scammed a month ago by Mineral Elements.
I saw an ad on Internet offering a "trial size" purchase of their products for just $1. With shipping and handling, the order came to $8.95. The money was deducted from my credit card. Then about two weeks later, I noticed my account had
a charge of $130.41. I then placed a complaint with Capital One Bank because I knew I had not ordered anything for that amount. Capital One Bank took away the $130.41  in my credit card until the dispute was resolved. At the same
time I called the Mineral Elements to find out why are they charging me $130.41. Mineral Elements said they sent me an Email the same day the products went out saying I had 15 days to return the cosmetics if I didn't like them.
Did I receive an Email - NO! Could I read the tiny print on their Internet ad - NO! Finally in a conversation with a lady at Mineral Elements I was told over and over that I hadn't returned the cosmetics and that was it, I was stuck. I tried to
explain that I hadn't received an Email but the lady kept saying it had been sent. She also told me the "trial size" was actually the real item and that it costs $130.41. No way, the jars were so small. At the end, thanks to Capital One Bank because I called them to clarify my situation and the lady called the Mineral Elements so we three were talking at the same time on the
phone. Now I still have to pay, but only $65.50. After my bad experience with Mineral Elements I went online to check for reports of this company. My surprise was that there are several reports against this company and I really feel so bad because this is a fraudulent company.  Please, help us! Students are the most vulnerable people. Their ad is like this, Get pay while trying our products. Thank you for your interest and your help to make a better place to live in this crazy  world.
