Complaint Review: Mineral Science

"FREE TRIAL".

Ordered trial product for $1.00 plus $7.95 for shipping handling; however when received my statement there was a charge for $59.99. Did not find out until yesterday, Feb 27, 2008, that they charge the $59.99 after 14 days of what is called "the trial". If this information would have been disclosed in their advertisement, I would never have requested the product.

Received the 2nd shipment today, which is how I found out all this SCAM.. sent email to their so called customer service department; cc: myself for confirmation. The phone number listed is 866-363-6797 available only from 9:00 am eastern standard time to 5:00 pm eastern standard time..how convenient since they are supposedly located in Texas (central standard time).

WARNING .. DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT YOU SEE WITH THIS COMPANY, THEIR FREE IS "NOT FREE".
