Minert & Associates Minert & Associates, Inc. ABUSIVE, Harassment Meridian, Idaho
On 6/23/2008 Jeff Minert-OWNER, becuse I could not produce a specimen (medical), harassed me with threatening, accusatory and abusive language. He did not offer to catheterize me. These are clear violations of D.O.T. Rules & Regulations (CFR 49). I lost my job at Meridian Joint School District #2 because they reported this as a "Refusal to test." The District refused to allow me a complete appeal through their Grievance Procedures. They even chaged their Policies in order to disallow me my Constitutional rights to represent myself (Pro se).
