Ming is a photomill photographer that accepts little money for shooting several models packed into one day. Although he has a good resume, the quality of his photos on these scheduled days are HORRIBLE. He rushes through the photoshoot as fast as he can. His stylist and makeup artist do as well. But what do you expect when he gets paid somewhere around 75-125 per model. Keep in mind that you paid the agency between $600-$1000 for these photos, but Ming has an agreement with the agency and only takes his portion. Your contract with the agency, as mine does, states you are paying for a high fashion photoshoot. Not that you are paying the agency to use the money at their discretion and pay the photographer a small amount that will reflect in the quality of the photos, and keep the rest for yourself.

Ming has been contacted to provide a receipt of the services rendered and has avoided phone calls as well as emails. His PR person has stated that he does not keep records of the models. Is Ming committing IRS FRAUD??? He must keep track of his earnings to report to the IRS.... What is he doing? He is obviously embarrassed of what he is doing if he cant just fess up. I asked him very nicely to provide this documentation, but as soon as he found out I was with INFINITE TALENT, he freaked out.
Let us put a stop to this horrible consumer fraud!
