MINGS PLUMBING DISHONEST, TRYING TO GOUGE HOME OWNERS INSURANCE , FRAUD MIAMI Florida

MINGS  came to clear the slow drains of our bathroom sink, did some minor snaking, did not clear, told us we had to pay $450 in a check so he could run a camera down the pipes so we,  stupid that we were to believe and trust this man, gave him the check.  He cashed it then came back with this dinky little camere and said he did the job and that we have an obstrction  * * Outside the house.  His public adjuster came and called Ming, told him that there was not enough money in this claim and that he would not take the job.  Ming had told us that he would file with our home owners insurance and that we could get the money back , that he would take care of doing that.  

Ming never showed us his camera as he was supposedly doing this job.   Ming was supposed to come back to run the camera again and show us but he cancelled many appointments with different excuses and never  came back.  We are out the $450 unless he refunds this for work he did not do.  Yes, I have filed with the State's Attorney General's Office also against Mings Plumbing .  

We never got anything back and also - we had another  company come with a large professional camers to check this work. Ruiz Plumbing Industries Inc. on May 16 2016.  Ruiz showed us the camera as they were putting it down our pipes and showed us that they could not  * Could Not * do the job,  could not  continue because Inside The House,  * * Inside,  there was an obstruction in the pipes.  Ruiz also showed us the rotted cast iron of the pipes that do need replaced as far as the camera could go.  

Mings lied about running the camera down the pipes to the outside, that is impossible to do and to have been done.  This is a dishonest company and was referered to us by Choice Home Warranty in New Jersey , who also charged a $45 service call and guaranteed us  that they would either fix or relace the proble.  Choice did neither  - did not fix, did not replace.  

Ming finally showed up for the last appointment, 4 hours late, we assumed he would no show like he had been doing, so we left to do errands.  Then and only then he came by the house and left his card .  Ming never Never came to run his dinky camera to show us that he did it so he is a Crook.
