Complaint Review: MINI GETAWAYS

I bought my package in Feb,2006 and convinced my mother to get one too paying 239.00 each. When i recieved it in the mail it had completely different amounts and extra charges, didn't really understand so i called them and they told me that the hotel has those charges and most were all refunded. They told me I had one year or could pay more money to take it after one year. So I have been busy and figured I would take it next year and decided to call and pay the more money. I find that their # is disconected?? so what do I do know ?? Is there a lawsuit or something?? please contact me back
