Complaint Review: Mini in the Box

Mini in the Box Took my money for a drone and I never received it. They seem to have lost my complaint but they still have my money! Internet

This company seems to not know about purchase I made through them. I received a watch I never ordered and the purchase was not on my account until it was delivered meaning I had no idea what the charge on PayPal was for until the order was delivered.

I had ordered a drone for a Christmas present for my son, and after waiting for a long time I checked the shipping number and the shipment was returned to sender in CHINA! AGAIN, this order is not posted so I can not cancel it. Since the shipper still has it I would like to get a refund and I did state that to the website through their form that may or may not work.

The item was shipped twice from China and returned to shipper twice. The only thing not returned was my money!   Additional info Refund requested

The dayI filed the report these people listened and followed up and found out it was a "zip code" issue. Now had they told me that the first time I inquired as to why the package was returned to shipper the same day as it was shipped, we wouldnot have had a problem at all.

You see, in some rural areas like Vermont, 4 to 6 towns may use the same zip code, which is the case with me. Usually the shippers enter the zip code and it changes the town to the first town by alphabetical order and if the software does not change it who knows what happens. In this case I think it was this issue which was out of the control of Mini In The Box. Had the first and second requests for a refund because it was not being shipped would have allieviated all of the hassles that it took for the information to surface, including writing a negative report about this company which has been busy with the Christmas season.

PLEASE do not exclude these people because of this one mix up!
