Mini Pocket Rockets Is A Rip Off! Sells defective products then asks the consumer to fix it, it not, too bad its yours anyway Temple City California
I purchased an X18-R Nitro and a helmet from Mini Pocket Rockets Accessories Online Inc. When I received the bike, I had it inspected by a reputable dealer as suggested in the shipping papers. They discovered the electric starter was defective. After repeated calls to Mini Pocket Rockets they informed me that as per their policy I had to fix it myself. More so, they said if I wanted to return it I would have to pay a 25% restocking fee (for a defective bike!). So, I filed a dispute with my credit card company. When Mini Pocket Rockets disputed my claim they stated that I never tried to call them, nor would they (Steve, the manager) take the bike back even though their rebutal to my credit card company indicated they would do so. If you buy from these guys you are buying at your own risk!
