Complaint Review: Mini Vacations MVI Marketing

We unfortunately purchased their $99 per person vacation package to Orlando, Florida so that we could get a free Vegas vacation. There are so many added fees that they do not tell you about! It would have been cheaper to have just paid for the trip, not to mention they put us at a horrible "roach motel".

Now that we are trying to schedule our "Free" Vegas vacation. We are unable to get thru to speak to any one. We have been trying to contact them for two weeks now. At first we were put on hold by an automated system for over an hour on several occasions before being disconnected. Now we just get a recorded message saying that they are experiencing unusually high call volume & are disconnected. I have even tried faxing them asking for a return phone call, but am unable to get thru.

I am beginning to wonder if this company "closed up shop" after ripping us off.
