On december 27 2003 I was reading about rip-off report web page but before making a complaing thru this web site I decided to writte a e-mail to the president of Mini vacations Inc to the following e-mail president@minivacations.com in order to solve my situacion without filling this repot.

Mr Burke unfortunately I am contacting you in this opportunity due to a problem with my vacations. I read letter by letter about your terms & conditions in your vacations package and I understand that flight schedules are at the discretion of mini vacations inc.

On September 9 2003 I sent my petition for a vacations package to las vegas schedule on January 15 2004. This information was received via certified mail on September 15 2003 in your company. This petition was sent 120 before our traveling dates meaning 30 days more in advance of what you request in your terms and conditions.

On december 15 I was contacting MVI to find out when my tickets will be mail to me . My surprise was that the trip to la vegas was cancel without previous notification from your company. And the customer service representative was treating me with a bad attitude which I consider (IS NOT PROFESSIONAL). Finally I receive my cancellation letter by December 10 2003 after my request because I want to have that in writing.

Also I went to rip-off report web site but instead making a complain thru a different way I prefer to contact you in this this way. I understand there are 3 millions of certificates circulating around USA, but my complain is at first: the way your costumer service department treat me over the phone.second: I don't understand how my traveling dates were cancel giving you 4 months in advance third how is possible that I did not receive a cancellation letter for my schedules dates.

To be honest with you I am a paramedic working for city of miami were I have only two weeks of vacations per years and when i receive this kind of bad news I hope you can Imagine my frustration.

I am requesting your help to honor my re-schedules date on MARCH 2 2004 for my trip to las vegas
