Being lured with the promise of a free mini-vacation we sat through a sales presentation. At the end we received a certificate for a free mini vacation. The ceriticate required a deposit of $100. Once the deposit was made, we where given dates available for travel. However, the dates we selected where unavailable, they gave us alternate dates. Once we selected the alternate dates those came back unavailable. We have been going back and fourth for two years and no trip and no refund as of yet.
