Mini Vactions consumer ripoff vacation Package fraudulent business Tampa Florida
in December 2002 My wife and I got a call from a marketing agent about time share and If we go and dont buy we will get a free three day two night Vacation to Orlando Florida or Las Vegas.
When we got there they had no Vegas Left and we had to go with orlando Florida and we had to reserve by March 2 2003 we sent them a check for 100.00 to cover our refundable deposit (certificate 16561) We wanted to go to Orlando in Augst 2003 and they kept giving us the run around and we made several calls to rescedule before our experation date and we were tired of making all of these long didtance calls and being on hold forever.
We contacted the company Christmas Mountain Village Wis Dell Wi. where they were Promoting the Time Share offers and they told me and My wife who was on the other line that ("they have no control over the packages given they just purchase them for our customers who visit our facilities ") and they told us to call another number thy have given us .
Well we finally got through and it was frustrating so we set three more dates to Orlando and we got all of these letters back saying that the travel dates are not available and if we wanted to we could receive a refund on our money but we finally got that three months later and We got several calls from other Time Share's and we definatly said Not Intrested........
