Mini-Z World ripoff dishonest fraudulent failed to fulfill order Online Internet
On May 13, I ordered a replacement part for my XMODS radio-controlled car from the Mini-Z World Store. The item cost $9.99 (plus $0.82 sales tax and $5.00 shipping/handling). Since I was charged tax, I expected my order to arrive in my mailbox within 2-3 days, as the store appears to operate in California.
More than two weeks have passed, and I have not received my replacement part. I sent the store an email and I have yet to receive a reply. I have already filed a complaint to PayPal. Upon mentioning my dilemma on XModWorld.com's forums, I discovered that I'm not the only one having problems with the store's lack of service.
In short, the Mini-Z World online store is completely dishonest with their catalog and the people in charge are doing nothing to resolve this issue. If you are looking for replacement parts for your XMODS RC, don't do business with the Mini-Z World store. Shop at AtomicMods.com instead. They may cost more, but at least they ship your parts within 2 days of your order.
