Mini Pocket Rockets Accesories Online Inc. www.minipocketrockets.com

I purchased a X7 4-Stroke Super Pocket Bike and a helmet from Mini Pocket Rockets Accessories Online Inc. on December 5, 2006. I received the bike via Fed Ex on December 12, 2006. The X7 Super Pocket Bike came with fuses and the battery was dead. I called and requested that they send me another battery, the fuse was not as important to me as the bike. I purchased fuses from an online company that shipped to me right away.

A person from Mini Pocket Rockets told me that he would shipped me a battery right away. I waited for about a week and received know battery. I called again and they told me the same thing. At this point I was very angry and tried emailing them because I could not get a call through, as all of my phone calls were going to the voice mail.

I made several attempts to call after Christmas, possible 15 times or more. I sent about 3 more emails and still no response. I recently called them back and they told me they could not find my order but would send me another battery. I received the batter from FedEx and exchanged it with the one that was currently in. I charged the battery for about 1 hour and we got the bike to crank up, but then turned off again. We got it to crank again a second time and the bike was on for about 5 second and then the wires starting smoking real bad as if to catch a fire and then the bike shut down.

I called on 5-30-07 around 8:15 p.m and spoke with a young lady by the name of Lisa. I informed her that an X7 Super Pocket Bike I purchased in December had not been driven by my son due to receiving it without a fuse and a dead battery. I called several times after I purchased and got the voice mail for about 3 months. I decided to wait a while and try back a couple of months later.

I finally got some one on the phone and they sent me the battery that I requested. I charged the battery and changed it from the one that was currently in it. We got the Super Pocket Bike crunk and the wires caught on fire. I informed the young lady Lisa of the problem and she told me to take pictures of the bike and send it in. I said o.k. although not totally satified.

I decided to call back and asked for the name of a manager and she informed me that she was the manager. I asked her to give me her first and last name and she would not give me her last name. At that point I was very angry and told her I wanted a refund and she said that she would not be able to help me if they gave me a temporary refund. It was right after that she hung up the phone in my face.

Lisa was very unprofessional and spoke as if she had no intensions of solving the problem or giving me a refund. I tried to call back and continued to get the voice mail after 3 attempts.

Mini Pocket Rockets has poor customer service.
