minipocketrockets.com rude customer service did not help me grandson needs warranty parts for his bike Baldwin Park California
I received a new 4 stroke pocket bike and it came upside down with oil all over the box. The instructions are awful and not understandable. When I called 1-877-MPR Bikes and someone finally answered, the woman said she won't help me unless I have an order number. My grandson placed the order and I don't know the order number.
I said, "can't you look up the order by name or phone number?" She said no. I spent 5 minutes looking for an order number, after I got hung up on I called back and got nowhere. Something happened to the rear wheel on the bike and I need to get the part but the lady at MPR is not helping me. I asked for a supervisor and she said nobody is available and sent me to a voicemail.
I never got a call back.
It is clear to me that this company does not care about their customers. When I looked up their BBB report it validated my suspicions. What a pity! I wanted to buy another bike but I'll be going elsehwere next time!
Luckily we were able to find a local shop that is working on it right now. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!
