Complaint Review: Minktresses

I contacted the company Minktresses after seeing them on Instagram. I was asking for a closure that matched the hair that I already had. She responded to my emails in a timely matter and said she can try to match the closure to the hair that I already had. I trusted her because she seemed legit and I couldn’t find no complaints. I ordered my closure and contacted the company when will I receive my closure said we are waiting on a low luster closure (which is what I requested) but she said you can have what we already have in stock but it’s not low luster but medium luster. I said well I will wait for a low luster closure. I contacted her months later and she said she couldn’t find my order number. I sent her my receipt of my purchase and I have not her from her since. I have sent multiple emails but no response.
