Complaint Review: Minnick Termite & Pest Control INC

Do NOT use this company.  I am having an absolute nightmare dealing with them right now.

I am assisting a veteran of the US Military with a home refinance and as part of that transaction we have to have a termite inspection done on the property.  We have ordered and received an inspection from Minnick.  The report showed no active infestation but it does say that there is some prior damage due to wood destroying insects.  I have called  the company numberous times to get more information on this.   Obviously having a damaged home is going to be an issue if someone is trying to qualify for a loan.  I have spoken with the same secretary numerous times and she just gets more and more nasty.  I have left numerous messages that I need the inspector to call me in order to further explain the extent of the pre-existing termite damage, but he has not returned any of my calls.  This veteran is in his 70's and is just trying to save some extra money through this new loan and these people at Minnick are preventing him from doing so.  It is unbelievable to me that companies think they can treat people like this and get away with it.  Please do not use this company.  They are an absolute nightmare.  Save yourself the time and trouble and go with someone else.  I wish I would have.
