Complaint Review: Mint auto sales

Mint auto sales, Tom (owner) when I bought this car I was told there was no major problems I drove the car to and from work for about 2 weeks before the car overheated and all the coolant came gushing out.I called the company they agreed to fix it for $160.00 I believe it should have been free but I brought it to them anyways, they had it for 3 weeks and finally called to say it was done. summerfield Florida

we went to get the car and on the way home 10 min away the same exact thing it had done the first time. They told is to turn around and bring it back, we informed them that it was overheating and they said ok.Again the car was there for 3 weeks then they called and said the engine was blown and it would be 1200 to fix.If they had fixed the problem in the first place it would not have overheated.regardless we had to tow a 6000 dollar car home that we cant drive and dont have the money to fix. Tom the owner refused to speak with me on numerous occasions, in person and on the phone.

I bought a car from mint auto sales on 5/10 and was assured there were no major problems and that everything had worked.when I got in the car I realized the windows did not work.He said he would have his mechanic fix it.A day later when I returned to get the car amd was informed I would have to pay to fix the windows because I bought car as is.

I needed a car immediatly for work so I drove it home, approx 2 weeks later (less than 100 miles)The car overheated and all the coolant came gushing out.I called mint auto sales and they said they would fox it for $160.00 labor only charges so I brought it to them, They had the car for 3 weeks and called to say they had replaced the fan and we could pick it up.

we made it about 10 minutes away before the car did the exact same thing! We called and told them they had not fixed the problem and the car was overheating, they told us to bring it back and they would get it done.

About another 3 weeks on their shop and they called to onform the engine was blown and it would take 1200 to fix.I told them they were responsible because had they fixed The problem they said they did it would not have overheated.Tom tthe owner refused to talk to me in person or on the phone. He had the office people tell me that we either payed the 1200 or we had to have the car towed home.

we now have to continue to make payments on a 6000 dollar car that we cant drive nor afford to fix.
