If I could give Mint Dentistry a Negative Score I would! I have been a patient of theirs since my residence began in Texas in 2016.  This office has collected money from me and my insurance company for a crown that was not done! I have been trying to get this crown completed for the past 3 years. No one in the offices communicate. I am promised return calls, that don't happen.  Now, they are telling me I have to pay AGAIN for a crown-that has already been paid for. They are trying to collect $850 from me. My insurance company has spoken with the office manager and told them I can't file this claim with another dentist office for 5 years using my insurance because they have already been paid. My insurance company also said they need to complete the work or refund my money. I have been told to file a complaint with the Texas Department of Insurance for insurance fraud, and to also contact the Texas Board of Dental Examiners. I'm not going to give up on this situation without fair restitution. I have always spoken so highly of Mint Dentistry, but this situation has become a disaster. In addition to me having to fight this battle already under financial restraints due to Covid19. They are definitely trying to collect as much money from patients as possible, I feel to make up from the Covid19 loss.
