Complaint Review: Minuteman Press Of Nanuet

If you need a print job done right, do not go to Minuteman Press in Nanuet. They have no idea what customer service is about. They are unhelpful on the telephone and act like you are bothering them. My boss gave them a job of business cards to print and they submitted a proof of what they would look like and when they were done, they looked nothing like the proof.

1) The color blue printed was PURPLE
2) The print was not as clear and bold as on the proof.
3) The card stock was inferior and flimsy.

Half of the order was needed for a trade show, they could not be given out at the trade show because they were so bad. When we called to explain the problems, we were promised a re-print. After bringing the cards back about three weeks later, this guy Peter acted like he never saw heavier card stock from a sample that was brought in. After two weeks of not hearing back we call and are told that the person that authorized the re-print had no authority to do so and that we could come and pick up the job.

After threatening to put a dispute on the credit card transaction and contact the BBB, they acted as if they could not care less.

When I was sent to retrieve just the sample business card, I was told to take the cards because they would only throw them in the garbage. I have never encountered such a miserable attitude on people. Maybe the fumes from the ink have made their brains melt.
