I purchased mioplex on line gave my credit card number to them. Today(Dec 12 2002)I received another shipment in the mail. I called them to complain. On there automated phone they said it is nonrefundable and that it was an automatic shipment.

How can they send us another shipment without my authorization.

Just another unsatisfied customer who got debited and is not happy because the company doesn't care and wont refund me or take a return.
