September 2006 an order was placed for material this "company" offered. The order was cancelled, via e-mail, the following day and Jeff Suer, sales manager, phoned me to ask why. I explained and he informed me to refuse delivery of the package, as he could not stop the shipment, and full refund would be credited to the charged account. The package was refused and for the past five months I have not been able to obtain any response from Jeff Suer or Mip Refunds on the status of a refund I have yet to recieve.

Nuumerous e-mails have been sent, phone calls do not get anywhere,mail through the U S Postal Service go unanswered. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they also received no response from Mip Refunds.

Jeff Suer told me that he, as MIP Refunds, was a legitimate business. I, at this point, must disagree, for any legitimate business would have the curtesty to respond to inquiries about the status of an order or refund. He got me for $390.00. Please don't fall for this business scam.
