Complaint Review: Mira Vie

 I did the "trial" for the eye strum & face cream with the intention of canceling after the trial. However when the delivery came there was no contact number. I ordered via Facebook. Lesson learned! When I didn't see a contact number I thought it was a "true trial" & I could order if I liked it. I was charged twice at $94 a pop within a two week period! When I finally got the number to cancel in the 2nd box I was told they couldn't refund that order but could the one on the way. Then I found out that you have to cancel each product desperately!! I'd have not known if the eye syrum girl hadn't given me the number for the face cream. Then they are charging me $10 to return this crap that doesn't work & only breaks your face out!! They need to be up front about all this rather than making it so hard to cancel & return. Oh & you have to cancel your membership & your auto ship otherwise you'll still get billed!!
