Called company told me I must not had read the terms. Oh, yes I did because I had this happen before so I am sure I did. When ordering a question about Eye Recovery I answered no, of course, it came in the same package for anotherS&H charge and was charged $85.95 I did not call in the 14 day period. I told them I answered no. I realize the people you call is an answering service they don't actually work for the company . o now I have lost $175.90 regardless that I cancelled today. 07/29/2016 .
