Mira Vie Skin Glean/ Eye Serum Cancelation never took place despite three calls Internet
Very scammy company. Ordered this back in November through the trial offer where you got a face cream and eye cream as a package deal. Got the product and for the size and all I thought the price was going to be too much for a month cost. I called and canceled the order, or so I thought. Next month I got billed again for the product I called and they said that it was too late it had already shipped and they said they canceled it. Got billed again. Called again and they said oh sorry it already shipped but its canceled now, they were not sure how that happened. Again I got billed, tried calling this time and it would go anywhere other than voice activated prompts to cancel.
I thought it was canceled again and now I got billed a fourth time, I called again and they outright refused to do a refund despite the product not even been shipped yet, offered a 40% refund. I asked to talk to a manager and the girl refused to transfer me telling me that I did have any ground to stand on and that was all they could do. She then in a curt attitude kept playing the little game of what would you need to talk to a manager about, like she had no clue that I wanted a full refund. I hung up and called back and got a different person. This one offered a 50% refund instead but also refused to transfer me to a manager. Buyer beware on this company. They are definitely playing fast and loose with people's money and dont have any business ethics at all. Time to get this company shut down.
